Please ensure all glass vials and sample containers are securely wrapped in bubble wrap and placed within sturdy outer packaging to prevent damage during transit. Ensure your completed submission form is included inside the package before sending it to our Dunedin laboratory.

What is the standard turnaround time for test results?

Our standard turnaround time is five working days from the date we receive both your physical samples and the completed submission form at our testing facility.
